Known for her engaged leadership approach, Kelli works closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to strengthen systems and support staff development. She emphasizes clarity, consistency, and collaboration to help teams deliver safe, reliable care.

Tori Payne

Director of Nursing

Tori Payne is a Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing with more than a decade of experience in clinical care and nursing leadership. Her background includes leadership roles in behavioral health and residential treatment settings, as well as hands-on experience in hospital, long-term care, and acute medical environments.

Throughout her career, Tori has led nursing teams, supported clinical compliance, and worked closely with multidisciplinary providers to deliver safe, structured, and compassionate care. Her clinical experience includes medical detox support, patient monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and discharge planning, giving her a strong, well-rounded understanding of patient needs across every stage of treatment.

Tori is known for her steady leadership style and commitment to patient dignity. She believes quality nursing care goes beyond clinical tasks and is built on consistency, trust, and genuine human connection. Her focus is on creating an environment where patients feel supported, and nursing staff feel empowered to provide their best care every day.
