Kelli Meadows
Chief Executive Officer, LNHA
Kelli Meadows, LNHA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Olympia Grove Recovery in Euclid, OH, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading operations across behavioral health and complex care settings. Her background includes senior executive and regional roles overseeing multi-site operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational turnarounds, along with deep experience in financial management, staffing strategy, risk management, and performance improvement. Kelli works closely with the clinical, operational, and administrative teams at Olympia Grove, and leads with clarity and consistency. Her view is that well-supported teams and sound operational foundations are what make reliable care possible — that the quality a patient experiences is downstream of whether the people delivering it have what they need.
Tori Payne
Director of Nursing, RN
Tori Payne, RN, is the Director of Nursing at Olympia Grove Recovery in Euclid, OH, where she leads nursing care for patients in medically supervised detox and residential treatment. She brings more than a decade of clinical and nursing leadership experience, including roles in behavioral health and residential treatment alongside hands-on work in hospital, long-term care, and acute medical settings. Her clinical background covers medical detox support, patient monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and discharge planning, giving her a full view of what patients need at every stage of treatment. David A. Morris, SHRM-SCP, is the Human Resources Business Partner at Olympia Grove Recovery in Euclid, OH, with more than 25 years of experience in workplace transformation, process optimization, and change management. He specializes in aligning HR strategy with organizational growth while delivering cost savings, and has worked across healthcare, public administration, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. David began his career in the public sector, serving his own community, and has built his career around servant leadership — an approach his colleagues and neighbors know him for.

Rebecca Zetts, LISW-S, is the Clinical Director at Olympia Grove Recovery in Euclid, OH — a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation and a therapist with more than two decades of experience in clinical social work and behavioral health. Compliance Manager
Sophia Elmore is the Compliance Manager at Olympia Grove Recovery in Euclid, OH, where she leads quality and compliance across audits, accreditation, policy, incident review, licensing, risk management, and staff education. She holds a degree in Public Health with a minor in Healthcare Administration, and has spent three years in quality and compliance work.
